This year, I've been so inspired by my friend Sarah's success with Michelle Bridge's 12WBT program. Apart from losing weight & gaining fitness, you can hear the pride & zest for life that Sarah has found through this program. So I made the decision that I want this for myself!
So what makes this time different? Well, 12WBT is as much about changing your mindset as it is about changing your health. And if there's one thing I know, my mindset needs the most work!
Why am I telling you this LOL?!! Hmmmm, if it was up to me, I probably wouldn't but Task 5 is all about saying it out loud, telling everyone who'll listen, putting it out there in the universe & making myself accountable. So, with a very deep breath, here goes ...
I commit to:
- be aware of my excuses & use my solutions
- not just talk the talk, but walk the walk
- focus on each day/hour/minute ... whatever it takes
- work hard on each task I'm given & revisit them regularly
- trust Michelle & her program. I too can be one of her many success stories!
- prepare healthy & nutritious meals for the benefit of not only me, but my family
- train hard six days a week
- spend time in the forum both encouraging & being encouraged
- not give up or hide from any mistakes. I will admit it, own it, move on.
- understanding that only I can make this change.

Oh my god, you said it so much better than me, and it is exactly how I feel too.I need to sleep walk eat 12WBT for me to make this work and be accountable for any bumps along the way.I am so very happy in my heart that I finally took the plunge and we can go on this journey together.Love you Darlin girl!!!! xxoo
